A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the shoot. Payments can be made via bank transfer - details are included on your invoice.

If you book at the last minute, the payment must be received in full.

Life happens, I understand that. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit, as that date has been reserved and other bookings have been turned away. Rescheduling (subject to availability) is always preferred over cancellation and can be arranged without penalty where notice is given.

Final edited images are delivered within 7–10 business days via an online gallery, from which you can download both high-resolution print files and web-ready files. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know at the time of booking. A 48–72 hour rush editing option is available for an additional fee.

Yes, additional edited images can be purchased at an individual price from your proof gallery. This is a great option if you find more favourites than your package includes.

I retain your files for 3 months after delivery, during which time I'm happy to resend at no charge. After that period, an archive retrieval fee applies. I'd strongly recommend downloading and backing up your images as soon as you receive them, across at least two locations (a hard drive and cloud storage is ideal).

As the photographer, I retain the copyright of all images. This is standard practice in the photography industry. What you receive with every package is a non-exclusive image licence, which gives you the legal right to use the images across your own marketing, website, socials and PR. Think of it like purchasing a song - you own the ability to play it, but the artist still owns the song itself. This also means I may use the images in my own portfolio and marketing, which helps both of us - your work gets more visibility.

Not under the standard licence - your licence covers use by your business only. If multiple parties were involved in the project (for example, an interior designer, a builder and a product supplier who all want to use the images), each business needs their own licence. This is where the cost-share option comes in: the additional licence fee can be split across all parties, keeping costs down while ensuring everyone is legally covered.
